Rock Crosses Over to Recovery In a Surprising Way
Industrial music has nearly always been more rebellious, but that is beginning to change. There is this really cool recovery rock I stumbled across by Matt Soren that has a different twist on electro-rock. His project is a mix of recovery music and the concept of overcoming addiction.
There are some songs on his URL at www.inspiringrock.com. It looks like they are raw versions while finishing final mixes. They sound professional to me but that’s just my opinion. It is cool to find more electro-rock like this written directly for addiction help in a more enjoyable way from an addict that has had the experience and is making a difference for others in addiction. It’s nice to have this type of music arising from the industrial scene which is typically darker in nature. Got to love that!
By the way, he has free tracks you can get from his music page and more in his insiders area which is free. I also saw discounts, graphics, and other things it looks like he’ll be adding. It will be exciting to get the album once it is released.
