I want to lose weight fast
So you’re probably asking yourself how come I’m suddenly talking about losing weight fast. Well, a few days ago I found myself in a position to climb two flights of stairs, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was perspiring, coughing, my face was red, and I felt like I would die. I excused myself and went into the bathroom to splash some cold water on the back of my neck, and looked up into the mirror, and I realized something: I needed to lose weight. Fast.
In some ways, I actually feel like I’m becoming my father. He was an enormously fat guy, with a great sense of humor and a devout, family focused outlook on life. But man, he was huge. And these days I’m growing huge as well. Don’t get me wrong, I love my pops, but I really really really want to keep myself from topping 250 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s not really any way of going back.
So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight fast naturally. My wife wants to join me, saying that she is also interested in losing weight, which I think will make it easier to stay with whichever diet program we end up with. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of opinions on weight loss out there.
I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how well the diet is going for us. I know losing weight will not be easy, but it’s now or never as far as I’m concerned, so I’m really going to be working hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
